Delivery is by royal mail, we post out order Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays Christmas and New Years. Delivery costs are £3.45 or free if you spend a minimum of £35.
Returns are accepted if items are unopened and unused. Please notify us before hand so we can give you return details. These are to be returned at your own cost. We only ever refund to the original payment source.
Having trouble with the forum, please get in contact and we will try and sort it from our end asap.
If you are a business and wish to do advertising, sponsoring or suchlike please email us with an informational heading so our system see's it's not spam.
Due to GDPR and online safety, we need everyone to be aware, we will store your details for a maximum of 12 months from your last order and 12 months from your last login on the forum. This information is only ever the details you willingly shared with us, we do not share ANY information with third parties. We s a business, do not see our store any payment details, these are only seen through the payment merchants, STRIPE.
Please remember to keep your private information away from the forum. We will NEVER contact you through direct messages on social media or via private message on the forum. Any offers are always given via email from ourselves or shared with everyone via social media and the forum. If a link is sent to you that directs you elsewhere, spam it and contact us straight away.
We are a UK based business, and do not currently sell anywhere else other than our site, we ship only directly from us here.
